Breakfast at Blue Hill Inn

Breakfast is served each morning between 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. in our sun-filled dining room from mid-May through October. Arrange dining reservation times in advance so that we can seat everyone while maintaining safe distancing. In addition, we are offering room service to enjoy your breakfast in the comfort of your room or perhaps in our beautiful garden area outside.

Fresh fruit, assorted juices, and freshly baked sweet bread accompany a choice of cooked-to-order entrees or homemade granola. Blueberry pancakes, waffles with strawberries, brie and roasted red pepper omelets, and amaretto french toast are favorites among guests at our historic Maine bed and breakfast.

Locally Sourced Ingredients

Local ingredients, including locally grown wild Maine blueberries and organic Maine maple syrup, are featured at our Maine Coast bed and breakfast, as well as organic coffee from Maine roasted coffee beans. We offer a variety of egg dishes made with free-range, organic eggs.

With all our offerings, food allergies and dietary restrictions are easily accommodated. menu options range from vacation decadence to watching one’s waistline. We are also able to prepare breakfast to go if your schedule necessitates an early departure.

Afternoon Refreshments

Homemade treats and hot and cold beverages are available in the parlor throughout your stay. Freshly baked cookies, chocolate-covered toffee, decadent cakes–one never knows what will emerge from the kitchen each afternoon. Fresh fruit, often local apples, is offered as well.
